On August 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to dividend payment:

-       Total issued volume: 13,924,588 shares

-       Outstanding volume: 13,924,588 shares

-       Treasury volume: 0 share

-       Exercise ratio: 100:37% (Those who own 1 share will receive 01 right and 100 rights will receive 37 new shares.)

-       Estimated issue volume: 5,152,097 shares

-       Total issue value: VND51,520,970,000.

-       Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: Quarter 3, 4.2018
