BTT: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the first phase of 2018 and the second phase of 2017 dividend in cash:

1. Approving to pay for the second phase of 2017 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  September 10, 2018

-          Payment date: October 12, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value

-          Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company as from October 12, 2018.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

-          Payment date: December 07, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value

-          Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company as from December 07, 2018.
