DLG: BoD approves to issue shares to dividend payment

On August 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 01 right and 100 rights will receive  05 new shares.)

-          Estimated issue volume: 14,252,890 shares

-          Total issue value: VND142,528,900,000

-          Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: Quarter 3, 4.2018
