MCP: Correction to the Record date for cash dividend & collecting shareholders' opinion

    My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company announces the record date for cash dividend &  the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM)as follows:

-       Record date: August 28, 2018

1. Reason & Purpose:

-  To pay second cash dividend for 2017 with the ratio of 7% (700 dongs/share) and to pay first cash dividend for 2018 with the ratio of 5% (500 dongs/share).

-       To collect shareholders’ opinion in writing about the additional election of the BOD member.

-       Time of implementation: September 14, 2018.

2. The extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM):

- Electing members of the BODs.

- Approving to amend the Articles of Association
