QBS: BOD Resolution on the capital withdrawal

BOD of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company (QBS) approved to withdraw the contributed capital in DAP Coporation - Vinachem as follows:

-          Total shares: 28,009,485 shares, of which 21,916,485 shares restricted in 5 years and 6,093,000 freely transferable shares.

-          The resolution is valid as of 26 June 2018.
