SVT: BOD Resolution on capital contribution

On June 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company approved to purchase 495,000 shares at the issue price of VND10,000 dongs/share with the stake worth VND4,950,000,000.

    After completing the capital contribution, Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company raises its stake to 995,000 shares, accounting for 15.79% charter capital of Vietnamese American Education Culture Joint Stock Company.
