9. Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 1:2 (Those who own 01 share will receive 02 new shares.)
10. Financial resource: the profit after tax, the reserve fund for charter capital and the capital surplus.  
11. Record date: July 06, 2018
12. Plan to deal with fractional shares: Because the exercise ratio of 1:2, there will not be fractional shares.
