NAV: Change of the representative of State-owned capital

Nam Viet Joint Stock Company announces the change of personnel as follows:

• The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Le Phong as the representative for 20% stake of Saigon Construction Corporation and as Member of the Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company.
• The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Dao Nguyen Thoai, Manager of Saigon Construction Corporation, to replace Mr. Nguyen Le Phong as the representative for 20% stake of Saigon Construction Corporation and to take part in the Board of Directors of Nam Viet Joint Stock Company.
