PDR: Decision on capital contribution to establish related company

      On June 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp decided to contribute its capital to establish PĐP Construction Investment Company Limited with the following contents:

-          Company name: PĐP Construction Investment Company Limited

-          Address: 422 Dao Tri, Area 1, Phu Thuan Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

-          Charter capital: VND300,000,000,000 (PDR contributed the stake worth VND147,000,000,000, accounting for 49% charter capital of PĐP Construction Investment Company Limited).

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Thao as the representative of stake at PĐP Construction Investment Company Limited.
