CMG: Resolution of general meeting

CMC Corporation announces the resolution of general meeting of shareholders dated April 19, 2018 after seeking shareholders’ approval in writing. Accordingly, the shareholders of CMC Corporation approved the plan for issuing corporate bonds in 2018 as follows:

-          Total issue value: VND300 billion

-          Bond term: 05 years

-          Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond

-          Issue date: in the fiscal year of 2018 (from 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019)

-          Collateral: the land-use right, assets attached to the land, the asset right of CMC Tower at 11 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.

-          Interest rate: floating rate or a combination of fixed and floating rates
