CLC: Approving the result of stock issuance for capital increase

On February 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company approved the result of stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity as follows:

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 6,551,915 shares

-        Number of distributed shares: 6,551,838 shares

-        Number of distributed shareholders: 656 shareholders

-        Number of fractional shares: 77 shares

-        Number of current shares: 19,665,668 shares

-        Charter capital after the issuance: VND196,556,680,000
