-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 76,983,344 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,305,000 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND13,050,000,000

-          Issuing ratio: 1.69%

-          Issuing price: 40,000 dongs/share

-          Time of implementation: within 45 days of receipt of full documentation by the State Securities Commission.

-          Issue purpose: to issue shares for the key staff.

-          Time for transfer restriction: within 02 years.
