According to the Board resolution dated December 05, 2017, the Board of Directors of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company approved to issue shares to for the warrant implementation (Phase 3) as follows:

-          Issuer: An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company

-          Current charter capital: VND592,499,880,000, equivalent to 59,249,988 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 24,350,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue price: VND11,500/share

-          Stock type: common, freely-transferable shares

-          Charter capital after stock issuance: VND835,999,880,000, equivalent to 83,599,988 shares.
