SSC: SSC withdraws capital at Nam An

On December 01, 2017, Southern Seed Corporation (HOSE: SSC) transferred its stake at Nam An Seed Corporation (address: Dien Thinh Commune, Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province). The transferred stake accounts for 70% of the charter capital of Nam An Seed Corporation. After the transfer is completed, Nam An Seed Corporation is no longer a subsidiary of Southern Seed Corporation.
