SGT: Capital contribution to set up a related company

On December 06, 2017, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation approved the capital contribution to set up the IMEX Smart Card Joint Stock Company with the stake of VND900,000,000 (equivalent to 30% charter capital of IMEX Smart Card Joint Stock Company). After the stake is completed, Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation becomes a founding shareholder of IMEX Smart Card Joint Stock Company.
