BCG: Capital contribution in related company

On December 07, 2017, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved to contribute the capital in BCG Energy Joint Stock Company, specifically as follows:

-          Charter capital: VND230,000,000,000

-          Address: L14-08B Vincom Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton street, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city.

-          Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company contributed 40% charter capital of BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.

-          To appoint Mr. Pham Minh Tuan as representative of stake of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company in BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.
