TNI: Document on stock offering Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company announces the documents of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2017.
Hereinafter are the main contents the document on stock offering to raise funds and the plan for capital disbursement:
I. Stock offering to raise funds:
1) Issuer: Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company
2) Stock name: Stock of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company
3) Stock type: common stock
4) Par value: VND10,000/share
5) Number of shares for public offering: 31,500,000 shares
6) Offering price: VND10,000/share
7) Total offering value: VND315,000,000,000.
8) Charter capital before public offering: VND210,000,000,000.
9) Charter capital after public offering: VND525,000,000,000.
10) Object of the offering: the existing shareholders
11) Exercise ratio: 1:1.5 (Those who own 10 shares at the record date will be entitled to buy 15 new shares.)
12) Restriction period: none
13) The foreign ownership ratio on the record date (August 30, 2017): 0.043% charter capital, equivalent to 9,040 shares.
14) Plan to deal with fractional shares:
- The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) and the shares refused to buy by the existing shareholders will be offered to other investors by the Board of Directors at a price not less than the one offered to the existing shareholders.
- The fractional shares (if any) and the shares refused to buy by the existing shareholders offered to other investors will be restricted within 01 year from the ending date of offering.
