TNI: Document on Da Nang Condotel Project

Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company announces the documents of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2017.

1)    Hereinafter is the main information on Da Nang Condotel Project:

-          Address: Le Duc Tho street, Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city. 

-          Area of land: about 6,000 m2

-          Purpose: to build apartments for sale, to build a hotel.

2)    Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company will establish a One-member limited company to execute the project.

-          Name of new company: Son Tra Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (short name: Son Tra Company)

-          Address: Lot 09, B2.7 Hoang Sa street, Tho Quang ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city.

-          Charter capital: VND5,600,000,000.

-          Representative for the capital contribution: Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong

-          Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong

-          Industrial sector: real estate, construction, hotel, restaurant, etc.

3)    Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company will find foreign investor(s) to contribute capital for this project by transferring 60% stake of Son Tra Company.
