TIE: Proposal to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing

According to the Board resolution dated September 11, 2017, the Board of Directors of Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company approved the proposal to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing as follows:

-          Record date: September 28, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Time of implementation: October 27, 2017

-          Place of implementation: Office of Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company (TIE). Address: 262A Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, ward 08, district 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Content: to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing about the adjustment to information on the par value of share on TIE’s Business License in order to match the par value recorded by the Vietnam Securities Depository and to respond to the request by the Business Registration Section of the Planning and Investment Department of Hochiminh City.
