HII: BODs Resolution on increasing the stake in An Tin

On September 11, 2017, BODs of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company approved to raise the stake in An Tin Inter-Transport Joint Stock Company, specifically as follows:

-          Total current capital: 36,000,000,000 dongs, contributed 36% of charter capital of An Tin Inter-Transport Joint Stock Company.

-          Total additional capital: 15,000,000,000 dongs

-          Time of implementation: expected in September 2017 or October 2017.

-          Total charter capital: 51,000,000,000 dongs, contributed 51% of charter capital of An Tin Inter-Transport Joint Stock Company.
