TNI: Document on the policy on project investment Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company announces the documents of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2017. Of which, the Board of Directors of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company will submit the policy on the investment in real estate projects as follows:
To ask to authorize the Board of Directors to implement the following works:
a) To seek investment opportunities in real estate project in the country.
b) To seek partners to invest; establish joint ventures, associated companies; buy and sell projects.
c) To decide the investment cost, selling price of project, transfer price of project, transfer price of stake in local and foreign joint ventures or associated companies.
d) To decide the issues relevant to projects and sign agreements and supply services for projects.
e) To assign the Board of Directors to make plans and execute projects.
