BHN: Habeco decreases the ownership ratio in Habeco Packaging

According to the Board resolution dated January 13, 2017, the Board of Directors of Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (Habeco) approved the policy on refusing the rights to buy additional shares in Habeco Packaging Joint Stock Company in the stock issue of Habeco Packaging Joint Stock Company.

Therefore, as from September 12, 2017 (the date when the business license of Habeco Packaging Joint Stock Company is adjusted for the third time by the Planning and Investment of Department of Ha Noi City), the ownership ratio of Habeco in Habeco Packaging Joint Stock Company will be decreased from 60.69% to 44.22%.
