HID: BODs Resolution on purchasing shares of Cenwindco

On September 27, 2017, BODs of Ha Long Investment & Consulting Joint Stock Company approved to purchase shares from shareholders of Central Wind Power Joint Stock Company; including:

1)    Mr. Tran Ngoc Son: 450,000 shares

2)    Mr. Nguyen Duc Quyet: 3,550,000 shares

-          Total shares after purchasing: 4,000,000 shares, equivalent to 80% of charter capital of Central Wind Power Joint Stock Company.

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Buying price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Total value: 40,000,000,000 dongs
