- Inspection period: 2012 - 2013 – 2014 – 2015 – 2016
1) Value added tax arrears: VND30,624,219
Of which:
- In 2012: VND3,489,030
- In 2013: VND5,987,113
- In 2014: VND6,480,179
- In 2015: VND6,317,862
- In 2016: VND8,350,035
2) Penalty for false declaration (10% on the additional tax amount): VND388,650
- Penalty for false declaration (20% on the additional tax amount): VND5,427,038
- Penalty for late payment: VND10,681,619
