FTM: Board approves to sign agreements with related company

According to the Board resolution dated September 26, 2017, the Board of Directors of Duc Quan Investment and Development Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the materials sales and purchase agreement with Danang Seaproducts Import - Export Corporation. Accordingly, the value of agreement will be less than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements and the term will last in one year from the date of signing of agreement.
