VIP: The record date for dividend payment 2015

 

On December 14, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1214/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (stock code: VIP) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 23, 2015

-          Record date: December 25, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND 500/share)

-          Purpose: to pay interim cash dividend for 2015

-          Payment date: January 28, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (Address: Floor 9, Building Central Tower, 43 Quang Trung, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam) as from January 28, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
