Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has disclosed Board resolution on remaining cash dividends for 2015as follows:

-          Record date:    May 31, 2016

-          Meeting time:   June 15, 2016

-          Exercise ratio:  5%/par value (VND500/share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

                 + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

                 + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (Phan Trong Tue Street, Tam Hiep commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City.) from June 15, 2016 and please submit ID card.
