-        Record date:   May 19, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose: to pay for cash dividends for 2015

-        Exercise ratio: 25%/par value (VND2,500/share)

-        Payment date:  June 03, 2016

-        Place & procedure of payment:

              + Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
