According to Certificate No.17/GCN-UBCK by the Chairman of State Securities Commission on April 25, 2016, Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company announced a public offering:

-          Listed firm:          Vicem Hai Van Cement Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type:           Common Stock

-          Par value:              VND10,000

-          Total offering volume: 1,565,250 shares

-          Proceeds from the offering: 15,652,500,000 dongs

-          Purpose of the offering: the proceeds will be convert HPS shares

-          Record date: expected on May 25, 2016

-          Implement ratio: 1:1 ((01 HPS share for every 01 HVX shares)
