-        Address: From 3-8 Doi Area, Hong hai Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

-        Name of owner: FLC Group Joint Stock Company

-        Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000 (FLC Group Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

-        Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung, CEO of FLC Group Joint Stock Company, was authorized to mange VND100 billion of FLC Group Joint Stock Company in FLC Ha Long Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
