Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 29, 2016:

The Board of Directors approved to set up CADIVI Mien Bac JSC:

-          Charter capital: VND30,000,000,000

-          Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation contributed 75% of the charter capital of CADIVI Mien Bac JSC.
