ITC: Board resolutions

Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company announced resolutions of the Board of Directors:

Resolution No 07:

1)    The BOD elected Mr. Ngueyn Thuc Quang as Chairman of the BOD in the term IV (2016-2021).

2)    The BOD in the term IV (2016-2021):

-          Nguyen Thuc Quang – Chairman of the BOD

-          Truong Minh Thuan – Deputy Chairman of the BOD

-          Tran Huu Khanh – member

-          Nguyen Manh – member

-          Dang Thi Ngoc Tuyen – member

Resolution No 08:

Mr. Truong Minh Thuan was appointed as CEO in the term 2016-2021.

Resolution No 10:

The BOD approved to sign an auditing contract with Ernst &Young Vietnam Co., Ltd to audit its financial statements in 2016.
