According to the Board resolution dated February 08, 2017, the Board of Directors of Seafood Joint Stock Company No4 unanimously approved the following issues:

1. Interim dividend for 2016:

-          Payment ratio: 5%/share (VND500 for a share)

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Record date: March 20, 2017

-          Payment date: September 29, 2017

2. Annual General Meeting 2017:

-          Record date: March 20, 2017

-          Meeting date: 8:00 – 12:00, April 17, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Palace Hotel, 56 – 66 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCMC.
