SVI: Resolution on dividend payment & AGM 2017

According to the Board resolution dated February 08, 2017, the Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Packaging Company unanimously approved the following issues:

1. Second dividend payment for 2016:

-          Payment ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000 for a share)

-          Payment method: in cash

2. Annual General Meeting 2017:

-          Meeting date: March 31, 2017

-         Meeting venue: will be noticed later.
