TNT: Board Resolution on plan for 2017 business operation

Tai Nguyen Corporation announced Resolution No.02 dated January 03, 2017 as follows:

Articles 1: Board of Directors approved to plan to focus business operation in 2017:

-        The main business lines: Real Estate, Trading Services

-        To promote the building progress and project of sale in Ban Tan Thanh & Ban Nam Rom of Dien Bien Phu City.

-        To begin to work Nhan Chinh project in Q1.2017.

-        To enhance the level of managerial staff & to recruit of quality human resources to meet development need of the company.

-        To look for new business opportunity to agree with development orientation of the company.

Articles 2: This Board Resolution will be effective from January 03, 2017.
