COM: Decision on tax penalties

Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection dated December 30, 2016 by the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department for the periods of 2013 and 2014, as follows:

1. Penalty for false declaration: VND12,290,633
2. Remedial measures:

-        Total tax arrears: VND61,453,163, of which:

+       Corporate income tax arrears in 2013: VND34,968,748

+       Corporate income tax arrears in 2014: VND26,484,414

-        Penalty for late payment: VND29,788,768
