STG: STG receives the public tender offer from GELEX

On December 30, 2016, South Logistics Joint Stock Company (short name: SOTRANS; stock code: STG) received the public tender offer from Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (short name: GELEX). Accordingly, GELEX registered to purchase additional 22,300,000 shares, equivalent to 26.1% SOTRANS.

-       Number of shares currently owned by GELEX: 21,300,000 shares (24.93% of SOTRANS’s charter capital)

-       Number of shares expected for purchase: 22,300,000shares (26.1% of SOTRANS’s charter capital)

-       Ownership rate of GELEX after trading: 51.03% of SOTRANS’s charter capital

-       Bidding price: VND26,000/share

-       Trading period: from January 2017

-      Agent for purchase: Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (VietinbankSc)
