SAB: Board Resolution No.88 on EGM 2017

Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation (HOSE: SAB) announces Board Resolution No.88 dated December 30, 2016 as follows:

1. Approving to seek shareholders’ approval for the resignation of Mr. Chung Chi Dung as Member of the Board of Directors for term of 2013 – 2018; and the candidacy of Mr. Nguyen Van Minh as Member of the Board of Directors for term of 2013 – 2018. 
2. Approving to seek shareholders’ approval for the candidacy of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam as Member of the Board of Directors for term of 2013 – 2018.
3. Approving to seek shareholders’ approval for the resignation of Mr. Vu Quang Hai as Member of the Board of Directors for term of 2013 – 2018 and as Deputy CEO of Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation.
4. Approving a record date for holding the extraordinary general meeting to approve the resignation and elect new members to the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors:
