Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.01/NQ-HĐQT dated April 04, 2017 as follows:

1. BODs approved the time and venue for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2017:

-          Meeting time: expected from May 08, 2017 to May 13, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Meeting hall A2 at TNC, 256 street 27/4, Phuoc Hung ward, Ba Ria City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.

2. BODs approved the company’s business plan in Q1.2017:

-          Exploitation output of latex:  137.29 tons (10.73%)

-          Processing for latex rubber:   222.79 tons (12.88% of plan)

-          Processing for cashew:          399.08 tons (18.14% of plan)

-          To implement the financial indicators Q1.2017:

+ Total revenue & other income: 11.0 billion dongs (14.10% of plan)

+ Profit before tax:                         3.0 billion dongs (17.64% of plan)

+ To pay the budget:                          0.28 billion dongs (4.67% of plan)
