            The Board of Directors approved the Shareholder Agreement between MaSan Group Corporation and VN Consumer Meat II Pte Ltd. adjusting the relationship between MaSan Group and VN Consumer Meat II Pte Ltd. as strategic partners and shareholders of Masan Nutri-Science.
