RIC: Explanation for late announcement of tax decision On August 27, 2015, the Department of Taxation of Quang Ninh Province issued Decision No.6530/QD-CT regarding the tax arrears for Royal International Corporation (RIC). And, RIC completed the tax payment in 2015. However, because the Corporation did not know all regulations on information disclosure, they have not announced the tax penalties.
The tax penalties for the periods of 2013 as follows:
1. Tax arrears:
- Corporate income tax: 582,699,657 dongs
- Corporate income tax: 207,013,155 dongs
- Personal income tax: 1,357,872,025 dongs
2. Penalty for false declaration: 429,516,967 dongs
3. Penalty for late payment: 290,495,718 dongs
4. Remedial measure: Reduction of loss: 32,256,076,766 dongs.
