CII: XLHN becomes an associate company of CII

On March 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) approved to buy 48.996% stake of Xa Lo Ha Noi Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (XLHN) and CII completed the transaction in the same day. Therefore, XLHN became an associated company of CII.
