VFG: BODs Resolution No.06 _ 05 Apr 2017

According to the Resolution No. No.06/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 05, 2017, BODs of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved some of contents of the Annual General Meeting 2017 as follows:

-          Report on the company’s business result in 2016.

-          Report on the company’s business plan in 2017.

-          Report on the company’s operation by BODs and Supervisory Board.

-          Approving the audited financial statements in 2016.

-          Approving the profit distribution in 2016 & plan for 2017.

-          Approving the remuneration payment for BoDs & Supervisory Board in 2017.

-          Approving the selection of the auditing company to audit financial statements in 2017.

-          Approving the plan for issuance of shares to existing sharesholders.
