According to Board Resolution No.03/2017 dated March 30, 2017, the Board of Directors of Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons) approved to establish a wholly owned subsidiary as follows:

-          Company name: Covestcons Co., Ltd.

-          Estimated charter capital: VND26,000,000,000

-          Head office: 236/6 Dien Bien Phu, ward 17, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh city

-          Main business function: real estate business.

-          Chairman cum Legal Representative: Mr. Tu Dai Phuc, born in 1975.
