Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

 -  Name of the subsidiary: Cat Lai IPD JSC

-        Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring JSC contributed 20% of the charter capital).

-        Mr. Nguyen Van Uan was authorized to mange contribution of Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring JSC in Cat Lai IPD JSC.
