VIP: Board resolution

Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 13, 2016:

1)    The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to sign an auditing contract with KPMG Vietnam Limited Company (KPMG) to audit its financial statements in 2016.

2)    Mr. Vu Quang Khanh was reappointed as Deputy CEO as from April 25, 2016.

3)    Mr. Vu Quang Khanh, Mr. Le Ba Hong, Mr. Le Duc Binh, Mr. Luong Van Bien were not authorized to mange contribution of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company in VIP GreenPort JSC.
