REE: Subject BoD approves to list additional shares

On May 19, 2016, the Board Of Directors of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation approved to raise its charter capital, deposit and list the shares which were issued to pay dividend for 2015.

-          Raising the Company’s charter capital from VND2,696,168,100,000 to VND3,100,588,410,000.

Deposit and list 40,442,031 new shares in the Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch and on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
