APC: Board resolution

An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 18, 2016:

1)    The Board of Directors approved business result in Quarter 1/2016:

-          Revenue: VND23,423,970,045

-          Profit before tax: VND7,966,467,570

-          Profit after tax: VND6,324,083,437

2)    The Board of Directors approved to merger An Phu Binh Minh Co., Ltd to Branch of An Phu Irradiation Joint Stock Company.

3)    Ms. Huynh Cam Loan was appointed as Chief Accountant as from May 18, 2016.
