-  Name of the subsidiary: FLC Tuynel Brick – Do Len Hau Loc JSC

-        Address: Floor 3, C4 Building, Nam Thanh Hoa Urban Area, Quang Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province.

-        Name of owner: FLC Group Joint Stock Company

-        Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (FLC Group Joint Stock Company contributed 80% of the charter capital).

-        Mr. Dang Tat Thang, Deputy CEO of FLC Group Joint Stock Company, was authorized to mange contribution of FLC Group Joint Stock Company in FLC Tuynel Brick – Do Len Hau Loc JSC.
