SRF: BODs Resolution on the 2016 dividend payment

According to the Resolution No.02/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 10, 2017, BODs of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation approved the remaining 2016 dividend payment as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 12% (1,200 dongs/share)

-          Record date: May 05, 2017

-          Reason & Purpose: to pay remaining cash dividends for 2016

-          Payment date: expected in May 22, 2017
